Manual Steps to fix the Outlook Error 0x800CCC00

Click Start Menu >> Click Settings >> Click Control Panel

Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon and uninstall Internet Explorer

Restart the computer

Click Start Menu >> Click Settings >> Click Find Files or Folders

In the Open Box type Msnsspc.dll

Click Find Now

In the list of found files, right-click Msnsspc.dll >> Click Rename

Type old at the beginning of each filename

Press ENTER.

Repeat the previous two steps with the files
MSAPSSPC.DLL;MSVCRT40.DLL;MFC40.DLL



Insert latest Microsoft Internet Explorer CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

Press SHIFT key when you are inserting  the CD-ROM so that the Setup program does not starts automatically.

Click Start Menu >> Click Search >> Click All Files Or Folders .

In the Open Box type ie5setup.exe .

In the Look In box, click the CD-ROM drive that contains the Internet Explorer CD-ROM

Click Find Now

From the list of  files found double click on ie5setup.exe

Follow the instructions to reinstall the program

Restart your System after this process.
