Please do the following steps to Remove Paper Jam in photo printer
Please Turn off the printer.
Take out the paper trays and check if there is any wrinkled or damaged paper.
If your printer model has back cover open it.
If there is any other door open it that allows to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge.
Remove the toner or ink cartridge and place it away from light and sun to avoid damage
If there is a piece of jammed paper pull it with both hands gently so that your printer do not get any other problem.
If several pieces are jammed together then pull out the middle piece first so that
it becomes loose.
If the paper does tear, rotate the roller gears manually to free the paper.
Do this step only if the jam message comes up continuously without any actual paper jam
because there may be a small piece of paper inside.
Ones the printer is free of paper place the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays to their
reapective places and close the doors you opened and turn the printer on.
If the printer paper jam message still appears then
there is still some paper left in the printer. Again inspect the paper path.
Look for another solution if the problem still exists.
